Really nice e bike but my paint was messed up on the bottom
I just figured if I pay my hard earned money I would like the bike to have minimal damage

I got the Philiambike FX1 all good powerful ride very nice except the battery range very poor I email the support last week no answer yet if I use it on mode 5 dual motors without pedal assist, I get 5 - 7 miles range
single motor mode 3 with pedal 45 miles you state on your website 30-80 Miles range how, can someone answer this question

I'm impressed with the bike, especially for the price. Comparable bikes of different brands are almost$1000 more.
The range is pretty good even riding it in dual mode turned up.It really has some pep. It shows 42mph on the display for me. Depending on the battery level.
I am happy with the FX1.
Customer service response in email is fairly quick.

At first,saw a few reviews of YouTube creators saying this bike had good range, and that it would go at least 30 miles.
Well I go on mode 2 with pedal assist and I barely get 14-15 miles before I have to recharge. 2nd wanted to reach out to customer support about the battery, and I did. I emailed customer support, that was about a week and some days ago and still haven’t heard from them.
Secondly, it says 3000w power. But both motors say 1000w on them. Just wanted to clarify if they sent me the correct model. But couldn’t get that far because they still haven’t reached out to me, sent out an email again today. We will see.
Besides that. It’s a solid frame. Tires are good, chain rattles a bit. But it’s an okay e-bike. I’d do a little more research if you’re in store for a new e-bike. You can probably get something a bit better for around the same price.
