- We offer a 1-year warranty on all new e-bikes and e-scooters, starting from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects. If the issue meets our maintenance standards, we will repair your e-bike and e-scooter at no cost, including all parts, labor, and related fees.
- If the required repairs or parts are not covered by the warranty, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you, usually by diagnosing the issue and providing paid replacement parts. If your bike and scooter needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize both the cost and effort involved.

- Thank you for choosing the FX-1 electric bike. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the bike is in brand new condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and the original box. A valid proof of purchase or order number is required for the return request. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and please make sure the packaging is intact to avoid damage during shipping.
- If the return is due to a defective part, we are happy to provide replacement parts to fix the issue and ensure that you can resume use as soon as possible. After the returned product is confirmed to meet the return conditions, we will process the refund once the product is inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. At first,saw a few reviews of YouTube creators saying this bike had good range, and that it would go at least 30 miles.
Well I go on mode 2 with pedal assist and I barely get 14-15 miles before I have to recharge. 2nd wanted to reach out to customer support about the battery, and I did. I emailed customer support, that was about a week and some days ago and still haven’t heard from them.
Secondly, it says 3000w power. But both motors say 1000w on them. Just wanted to clarify if they sent me the correct model. But couldn’t get that far because they still haven’t reached out to me, sent out an email again today. We will see.
Besides that. It’s a solid frame. Tires are good, chain rattles a bit. But it’s an okay e-bike. I’d do a little more research if you’re in store for a new e-bike. You can probably get something a bit better for around the same price.

Bike is great, I've put over 100 miles on it in 5 days. Customer service has also been exceptional.
The FX1 is heavy, but thats expected with dual motors and full suspension. Once you start riding, the weight disappearsrides like a dream.
Love the ebike very comfortable to ride I an 6 foot 2 it fits good.easy to put together. I'm 75 and my grandkids love it too.can't wait for hunting season. Another one might be in the works
3rd electric bike, 1 failed in 30 days, sent it back. Replaced with a different brand, throttle was jumpy and could not get it to run at a slow speed with the dog on a lead, hated it. switched to the Philiam FX1, far better and smoother ride than the crap I bought before. I'll never go back to any other. Love it.
