• If the required repairs or parts are not covered by the warranty, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you, usually by diagnosing the issue and providing paid replacement parts. If your bike and scooter needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize both the cost and effort involved.

Please ensure that the scooter is in brand new condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and the original box. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and please make sure the packaging is intact to avoid damage during shipping.
